Who I am as a REALTOR® and Professional:

I have been self-employed my entire adult life, I truly understand a strong work ethic. I have been a REALTOR® now for 13 years and I specialize in residential real estate. I’m honest and direct but approachable and friendly. I take pride in knowing and understanding the various markets that I work in. I stay current on all contract updates and changes and take extensive and unrequired continuing education to reinforce this statement. I meet weekly with a Mastermind group to discuss the current state of real estate and how I can best serve my community.  My strong suits are intentional listening, problem solving, probing questions to get to the core of your wants and needs in your next real estate transaction and promptly responding to any inquiry, be it phone message, text or email, just to name a few. I’m also a visionary when it comes to helping clients see what a home can truly be…especially if it’s a bit of an ugly duckling.

My Passions:

As a Colorado native I love everything Colorado, tell me, what’s not to LOVE! My personal interests include taking in a music concert of many different genres (Red Rocks is the best venue), getting up into our mountains anywhere (but Breckenridge is a favorite), camping/camp fires, cornhole, horseback riding, dancing, gentle hikes, bike riding (especially on my ebike), volunteering for my REALTOR® Association (philanthropic in nature is my heart), photography and traveling (I have a very long bucket list of places I want to see), oh and last but not least taking in a summer movie at Film on the Rocks.
